Anti-Load Surface Shield

RigidCore Backing System

Resin-over-Resin Bonding
Forge is built to handle the heat and pressure of aggressive dry sanding. Our heat-resistant resin-over-resin bond locks the grain in place under load, preventing premature grain loss and keeping the abrasive performing long after cheaper discs have given up.

Dry Performance
Forge is optimized for dry sanding applications — no water, no lubricant required. That means efficient, consistent material removal on gelcoat, fiberglass, metal, paint, and plastic without the added steps or mess of wet sanding prep.

Hook & Loop Attachment
Fast pad changes, secure hold. Forge mounts to any standard hook and loop backing pad and stays put through even aggressive sanding passes.
