Quantum 4599 is a fast-dry epoxy/urethane primer sealer designed for spot, panel, and overall boat repairs. It provides excellent flow and leveling, topcoat holdout, and fast overcoat and nib sanding times. 

USES 

Quantum 4599 is designed to spot prime a finish primed surface where breakthrough has occurred to seal underlying products. Quantum4599 can also be used as the finish primer for properly prepared gelcoat and fiberglass surfaces where fairing and surfacing are not required. Boat sanding is not required prior to applying Quantum99 Polyurethane Topcoat within the recoat window.
